Sophia Bermudez

Sophia is a first generation Central American Indigenous artist, land nurturer and occasional poet who is apart of the land team. Born across the bay in Ramaytush Ohlone lands and raised in the confederated villages of Lisjan, this Lenca and Nicoya land steward has been enthusiastic to tend to the land they know as home. They take a special interest to learning about the medicinal properties of the plants they have created a relationship. They currently support with food distribution and the youth program.
